Privacy policy

Shymas DSR is an internal tool for the employees of Shymas Auto Sales, Shymas Riders and Shymas BigWing. It is not offered to the public.

What we collect

Sign-in uses Google. From your Google account we store only your e-mail address and display name, to identify you inside the application and to record who uploaded or entered data. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, calendar or any other Google data.

How it is used

Your e-mail address is used to grant or refuse access, to limit what you can see to the branches assigned to you, and to keep an audit trail of uploads and manual entries. The application otherwise processes the dealership's own operational data (job cards, invoices, service product orders, targets).

Sharing and retention

Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) solely to run the application. Your profile is kept while you have access; an administrator can remove it on request.
